So starting Wednesday, 29 September, which is 4 days ago, I came with a mission to detoxify myself. The reasons would be because my body feels itchy lately and I know it's because of my poor diet during Raya. Another reason is not surprisingly, to lose the unused fat in my body.
Okay so what does a Detox Diet consists of?
The First Three Days
Water fast. Drink water only. No food. You might feel tired during these 3 days, so rest a lot. Some experts don't recommend this but to add fruit juices in the mix. Eh, I don't care because I spend my time at home most of the time anyway...
Then, Eat This for One Week
Eat as many fruits as you want just don't mix them up. You should only eat one type of food during each meal. Example, apples for breakfast, Pears for lunch and Oranges for dinner. Feel free to switch fruits you want to eat for that particular meal or day. Mmm... sweet Apples.. :P
Lastly, Eat This for One Month
You can only eat raw food but now you aren't limited to fruits only. Feel free to mix them up. Eat just to satisfy your hunger. Don't go overboard.

I don't know what would happen after this diet is over. Mom thinks that this is too extreme. I think not because this is unlike my diet when I used to live alone.
I knew it will be harder now that I live with my mom. We have different diets. However it has been only four days and I didn't realize how much of a temptation my mom's diet and outside interference could be. Ugh.... and so now I failed and have to restart from day one again, tomorrow... :/
