Why The Word Allah Should Be Allowed In Bible

I haven't read any Bible either in the original language nor the translated ones. But, all I've gathered till today is that the Christians want to use the word Allah because Allah means God in Arabic. The word is familiar to the Muslims and it's a good approach to spread Christianity among them.

Well, I don't think the Muslims care whatever you want to do as long it doesn't touch any sensitive issues to us or steps on our rights.

In Islam, Allah does not only means God in Arabic, it is also the name of our God. So no matter in what language the Muslims are talking about Islam, you would always hear the word Allah come out from their mouths. That is why we're reluctant to allow the Christians to use the word Allah in Bible especially when you don't have a strong case to use it other than because the word is familiar to the Muslims and to spread Christianity among them.

Do your God even have a name? Because whenever I listen to any Christian speech, they always say God or Jesus. So where on earth did the word Allah came into your vocabulary if you're not talking in Arabic?

If it's only for the Arabic version of Bible, I don't think anyone can say no because Allah does mean God in Arabic. But what right do you have to use the word Allah to replace the word that means God in Malay version of the Bible? Why not use the word Tuhan instead? God in Malay is Tuhan.

No matter how I try to see it, you guys just don't have any right to misuse the word Allah and I agree with our Government action to disallow that to prevent confusion among the people. Everyone is allowed to practice their religion in Malaysia and you should do so WITHOUT harassing other people' religions.

With this reasons, I don't see the Government or the Muslims are being unfair about this. I might be wrong though since I don't have enough info.

So, would any Christians spend some time to answer my ONE question?

What exactly is the name of your God with the three personalities?

Thank you for reading this and answering my question in advance.

1. Okay so some of the info is wrong. Allah does not mean God in Arabic. God in Arabic is Ilah. But writing in Arabic this two look the same. Only the line sign is different (if you can read Arabic, you'll understand what I'm talking about).

2. How desperate or how true is your religion (Christianity) if you have to resort to tricking people for them to join you?

3. Do you even know the name of your God?

Another Muslim Blogger's thought on this issue. It's quite interesting.
