Option 1: Log off and log on.
Option 2: Restart the computer.
If both doesn't work....
Option 3: Close iVest Gate and iProxy. Unplug the card reader and plug it in again.
If that still doesn't work....
Continue by logging off and on or restart the computer.
*** And that ought to do the job, at least for now.
