It's a bad habit but at least I am not being mean to my body anymore.
I am not very imaginative with food so I'm stuck with:
- Nuts
- Dried fruits
- Fresh fruits
- Nuts and dried fruits mix
It's not bad. In fact, nuts are very good at satisfying hunger. They taste quite bland but delicious when mixed with the sweet dried fruits. Fresh fruits are obviously yummy especially the sweet ones.
But I wonder if there are more raw food snack than these
