How to Forward Emails to Many Friends

Without revealing your friends' email address?

Have you ever gotten this kind of emails before?

Seriously... I love forwarded emails, I really do. I love forwarding emails to my friends too BUT most of the forwarded emails from my friends are plain ugly (just like the one above) and hey, who give them permission to announce my email addresses to their friends who I probably don't know?

A personal email address is personal, therefore only people I care to give my email address to should have it! Too bad... most of them doesn't care or just a bit too blind when it comes to IT.

For those who cares, here is the Step By Step of How I Usually Forward Emails to My Friends without Leaking Their Email Addresses to Their Non-Friends (using Yahoo! Mail)...

These are fake emails I'll use in this tutorial...
My email: me@me-and-my-hands.com
Friend A: aiko@me-and-my-hands.com
Friend B: blueberry@me-and-my-hands.com

Step by Step
1. Open the email I want to forward to my friends and click Forward.

Step 1: Click on picture to view original size.

2. Clean up the email content. Remove all email addresses and every ugly bits. Leave the original message only.
3. All recepients of this email will be able to see any email addresses I put in To section. So instead of my friends' email addresses, I put my email address instead in here!
4. Then, click on Show BCC.

5. BCC means Blind Carbon Copy. Blind Carbon Copy recipients will receive a copy of the email but other recipients will receive no information about the Blind Carbon Copies recipients. So I put all my friends' email addresses in the BCC section!
6. Then, click Send and wallah, I'm done!

With just these simple steps that doesn't take more than a few extra seconds, the email looks better, isn't it? And, none of my friends' email addresses will be leaked to their non-friends anymore :)
