.log files
Quite a lot of differences in opinion regarding this file. Depending on what the .log files are used for, some files can be deleted safely, while the others can cause some difficulty uninstalling applications in the future. Read explanation here...

So to be safe, I copied the.log files to other partition (make a backup) before deleting the files.
