Wardrobe is what in Malay?

I keep browsing for basic and simple wardrobe in English because I don't know what wardrobe is in Malay? I found an article in zyera's blog that answer my question but the article has not enough information. So I'm starting to wonder if I should write in Malay instead of English. I am envious of Japanese people because I heard they can find any information in their own language instead of having to rely on other nation's language.

Anyway, Google Translate directly translates wardrobe as lemari pakaian. Yes, that's actually Indonesian. In Malay lemari is almari. However, when people are talking about wardrobe, they are probably NOT talking about the closet but the clothes and accessories collection in it. So in this case, when people are searching for wardrobe or wardrobe basic and so on in Malay, I believe the correct term for the wardrobe should be koleksi pakaian dan perhiasan.

Unfortunately, those search terms with koleksi pakaian in it bring me nowhere near of what I'm looking for, a guide for Malaysian/Malay/Malaysian Muslimah basic wardrobe. Google Search result returns links to articles about what clothing are for, how to sew clothes, clothes collection for sale and other random weird articles that somehow contains that term *sweatdrop*

One of those random things I found is this PDF file which delves into online system for Muslim women office wear consulting service copyrighted by UITM. It's an interesting project paper written by Edzuina Mohd Sharif. You can download the file here but it's not a full report. I don't know how to get the full report, explore the site yourself.

So I guess that means I'm not going to find a Malay guide on this matter anytime soon. The idea of writing it myself sounds fun but, I'm not a fashion expert. Maybe translating the English to Malay articles would be better? Hm... More fun things to ponder... :)
