Bean Sprout is known as Taugeh in Malay/Malaysia.
I'm pretty sure I got this one right but it could be a case of a look alike like Zucchini and Cucumber.
So, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, Bean Sprout is usually sprouted from Mung Bean (Source: Wikipedia).
But, Bean Sprout can be sprouted from other beans as well like Soybean (Source: Wikipedia) and Black Bean (Source: alkiram.net).
Mmm... Sayur Taugeh Goreng... delicious... :) I wonder if it would taste as delicious, raw?
