Obsessed with Proper Labeling

Why am I so obsessed with proper blog post labeling?

Well, have you noticed that I didn't put the Blog Post Archive widget at the side? Oh, you know.. those things that list all your blog posts? I didn't put those there because it just looks plain ugly. I would have added the Recent Post widget but for some reason I keep getting error message from it. Eh, even if it works...

It would be hard to find any specific topic I've posted in here, isn't it? Only proper labeling can help with that.

And yet...

Huh, "The combined length of all the labels must be at most 200 characters".

That's the message I get when I tried to publish my previous post about Links to Visit list that I put on this blog side column. I put too much labels in that one post.

Well, duh. That's what happened when you combine all totally different topics in one post. If I could just separate that post to separate posts, there wouldn't be that much labels on each post. However, those posts would look weird (too short and looks pointless) or they would be totally different type of posts altogether (essay about each link, anyone?). I just want a quick list and yet, not a short post.

So what do I do? Either I redo the post OR trim the labels. I chose the latter. I was thinking about putting this post in that post but I would like to keep the point separates. Besides, God knows how much longer the labels will be if I didn't do that :)
